Who we are and what this covers

NoroFlow ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI sales operations for automotive dealerships. This policy covers our public website and business inquiries sent directly to NoroFlow. You can contact us about privacy at pooyan@noroflow.com.

If you interact with a dealership that uses NoroFlow, the dealership's own privacy notice explains its collection and use of your information. Questions about a dealership's customer records should be directed to that dealership. This website policy does not replace a dealership's notices or its agreement with NoroFlow.

Information you provide

When you contact us directly, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, work email, dealership or business name, phone number, and the contents of your inquiry. We use this information to respond, understand your business needs, discuss NoroFlow, and keep track of the conversation.

Typing into the walkthrough form does not by itself send information to NoroFlow. When you submit, the website sends your entries and optional communication-consent choice to our server for validation and delivery to our team by email. The website does not save your entries in browser storage. The resulting correspondence includes the consent choice, disclosure version, and submission time. An email link opens your chosen email application; the details you send from that application are handled by the email services involved.

Please keep general inquiries limited to information needed to discuss your request. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, credit applications, or private dealership customer records.

Website data and service providers

Serving a website involves ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time. Hosting infrastructure may process this information to deliver pages and maintain reliability and security.

This website does not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Submitting a valid walkthrough form loads Google’s score-based verification service, which may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and interactions to distinguish people from automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply. We send the verification token to Google for server-side validation, not your form message or contact fields. To limit abuse, the server also keeps keyed hashes of connection IP addresses and attempt times. These counters expire after 24 hours and are pruned when the next request is processed. It does not store your form entries in cookies or local storage. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' privacy practices.

Information you send by email passes through email providers used by you and NoroFlow. Providers involved in website delivery or direct communications may process information needed for those services. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or valid legal process. Website contact details, mobile numbers, and communication-consent information are not sold or shared with other businesses for their own marketing.

Your information and privacy choices

Information you send directly to NoroFlow can remain in the resulting correspondence and the records of the services used to handle it. Retention can depend on the purpose of the conversation, communication preferences, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about information we hold or to request its deletion.

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; object to or limit certain uses; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request. Send requests to pooyan@noroflow.com. We may need information to verify your identity or an authorized representative's permission before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained to honor an opt-out or satisfy a legal obligation.

For information held on behalf of a dealership, start with that dealership so it can identify the relevant customer record and request. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law gives you.

Email, calls, and text messages

If you choose the communications permission on our form, your permission covers NoroFlow contacting you about your inquiry and marketing its products and services by email, telephone calls, and SMS at the contact details you provide. Depending on the channel, these communications may use automated dialing or messaging technology, AI-assisted or AI-generated messages, and artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voices. Providers may communicate on NoroFlow's behalf; this permission does not authorize unrelated businesses to market to you.

Permission is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Providing a phone number alone does not select the communications permission. Choose it only if you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to give permission. Message frequency varies with your interactions and the communications you choose. Message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw permission or ask for help at any time by emailing pooyan@noroflow.com. If you receive a NoroFlow text message, reply STOP to its sending number to request that texts stop, or HELP to request assistance. For calls, tell the caller you no longer want calls or use an opt-out method offered during the call. For email, use an unsubscribe method provided in the message or contact us directly. These instructions apply to communications you actually receive; checking a box does not itself place a call or send a message.

Your choice does not authorize a credit inquiry, and this form is not a financing application. A response needed to handle your direct request is separate from permission for recurring marketing.

Business audience

This website is intended for dealership and business professionals. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to NoroFlow through a contact method on this website, contact us so we can address the request.
